- 3/4 lb Tomatoes, chopped 2 T Dry white wine
- 1 lg Red bell pepper, chopped 1 T Thyme
- 1/4 lb Feta cheese, crumbled 6 Green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c Olive oil 3 lg Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c Kalamata olives, chopped 3/4 lb Pasta, cooked
- 1/4 c Lemon juice 3/4 lb Bay shrimp, cooked

- Mix first 10 ingredients in large bowl. Add pasta and shrimp and toss to
- blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

- Title: Three Cheese Pasta Salad with Shrimp

- Yield: 6 servings

- 3/4 lb Salad Shrimp, cooked 5 Green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c Sharp Cheddar, diced 1 c Black olives, sliced
- 1/2 c Smoked Gouda, grated 1 c Light sour cream
- 1 c Feta, crumbled 3 T Reduced Calorie Mayonaise
- 6 T Fresh Dill, chopped Salt
- 10 oz Pasta shells Black Pepper

- Cook pasta until tender, but still firm. Rinse with cold water and drain
- well.

- Combine sour cream, mayonaise, green onions and dill.

- Put pasta in large bowl and mix in cheese and olives. Toss with dressing.
- Carefully mix in shrimp.

- Chill 1 hour before serving.
